Kendon Stand-Up™ Trailers Model Year VIN Designation Guide

Want to know what year-model your Kendon Stand-Up™ Trailer is? There’s an easy way to tell – just check your VIN. Your VIN will appear on the VIN sticker on the trailer or on your registration/title/MSO.

The easiest place to find your VIN is on the trailer registration paperwork that you received from your state when you registered it. If you don’t have that, or didn’t register the trailer because your state doesn’t require it, check the Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle (commonly called the MSO) that was sent with the trailer.

The next place to look is on the trailer itself. Look for the VIN sticker that lists the trailer’s VIN and other relevant information. It should look like this:

There will also be other, smaller stickers that list just the VIN like this:

Once you’ve located the VIN for your Kendon Stand-Up™ Trailer, you can easily identify the model year of your trailer.

In the middle of your trailer’s VIN you will find the letter A. Look for the character directly BEFORE the A. The character before the A designates the model year of your Kendon Stand-Up™ Trailer. Locate that character and use the chart below to determine your trailer’s model year.

These simple steps should provide you with your Kendon Stand-Up™ Trailer’s model year.
