Kendon Announces New Exclusive Import and Distribution Arrangement for China

Anaheim, CA - January 5, 2011 - Kendon Industries, Inc., the originator of Stand-Up™ motorcycle trailers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beijing Taiputuo Trading Co. Ltd. (DBA TP China) as the new exclusive importer, distributor and sales channel for the Kendon product brand in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau starting January 1, 2011.

This newly formed agreement between Kendon Industries, Inc. and TP China is the sole, legitimate business agreement currently in place for the Kendon product brand to be imported, distributed and sold in the Country of China.

Kendon is honored to have TP China as their newly appointed exclusive importer for their extensive knowledge of the market, their passion and direct involvement in the motorcycle industry, and most importantly, their belief in the value of hand crafted American Made Products. "TP China will offer full support of the Kendon product line in sales, service, parts and warranty to further support the Kendon Brand," says Frank Esposito, President of Kendon Industries, Inc.

The Kendon brand already has a presence in China which has generated a lot of interest due to its high quality products and American craftsmanship. "Our agreement with TP China will only strengthen the Kendon brand and provide more exposure for this great product throughout China," says Esposito. Kendon is known for its superior quality products throughout the USA so the expansion into China is another step for this manufacturer to expose its products to the world.
